How do I set up a new Checks account?
Log in to Checks using your Google account. Please have your Google Play app package name ready. We’ll walk you through a few simple questions and then verify your access. Once verified we can begin analyzing your apps.
How do I authorize a new Checks account?
Sign in with a Google account that has administrator access in the Play Console to authorize your Checks account. If you do not have administrator access in the Play Console you’ll be prompted to invite someone on your team who does have access. To learn more about how to manage your Play Console developer account, please visit this support article.
How do I add a new user to my Checks account?
To add, change, or delete a user to your Checks account, go to "Manage Users" within the settings sections of Checks.

Billing / Subscription FAQs:
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Cartes Bancaires, and JCB. We also accept Bank Redirects through Sofort, and Bank Debits through SEPA Direct Debit and pre-authorized debit (PAD) in Canada. Google Pay may also be used to make payments. For monthly plans over $5,000 we can invoice you. Invoices can be paid by check, wire, or ACH. All payments are powered by Stripe.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. There is no long term commitment to use Checks. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time.
How do I change my billing information?
To change the details of your billing information, please log into your account, go to Settings, then click on Manage Billing.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Checks subscriptions are month-to-month and can be changed or canceled at any time. Log onto your account profile, go to Settings, then click on Manage Billing.
How do I view my invoices?
To view your invoices, please log into your account, go to Settings, then click on Manage Billing.
Can I purchase a yearly subscription?
Checks is only available as a monthly subscription at this time.

What privacy regulations and policies does Checks cover?
Checks currently includes insights related to regulations in the European Union, United States and Brazil, and Google Play Store Developer Policies.
What happens if Checks identifies that an app might be in violation of a privacy regulation and/or app store policy?
Checks does not provide legal advice or conclusions regarding your app or privacy practices. We are dedicated to providing you with the tools you need to make privacy compliance simpler, faster, and less expensive. Any potential issues Checks identifies and any recommendations Checks makes are only shared with the designated contacts in your account.
Does Checks share my reports and analysis with the Google Play team?
No.
How does Checks use my data?
Checks only analyzes the publicly available version of your app, unless you are using Checks Enterprise with custom integrations. Checks does not collect or store any of your app’s data or your app’s user’s data. Checks will never share your Checks reports or analysis with other Google teams without your express permission. You can find more detail about our data use policies in the privacy section of the Checks Terms of Service.

Where do I find my Google Play app package name?
You can find an app's package name in the URL of your app’s Google Play Store listing. For example, if the URL of an app’s Google Play Store page is play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.example.app123, the app's package name is com.example.app123.
